I’d like to set the tone for this and every article.

The topics of religion, politics, sexuality, and gender can be volatile to discuss… and what is read, without the inflection of voice, can be easily misconstrued and taken out of content. The center in which I write and convey any topic of opinion or teaching is LOVE. It is in benevolence, with total acceptance of every human being’s right to their own beliefs. I write in my own voice, for my own self expression. No one has to be wrong in my attempts to express my own beliefs, experiences, desires and hopes as a human being.

Lastly, I write with the intent to bridge the gap between opposites in our society. All voices are welcome in this discussion as long as they remain respectful of all involved. Disagreement with love, for the purpose of self-expression, absent of judgment (to the best of our ability), is the accepted model in this container.

Welcome to The Goddess Divine Magazine!!

Welcome beautiful ones, I’m so glad you’re here. What is The Goddess Divine and what isn’t it?

You may hear the word ‘GODDESS’ and perhaps your eyes roll into the back of your head. Oh no, another feminist gone awry… seeking to eliminate the masculine. NO WAY. It’s about bringing balance between both. I invite you to discard every previous use of this word and step into something new. This name is important to me, and I don’t want its use misunderstood. I use this phrase as a celebration of the feminine attribute within all life, period. I use the word ‘goddess’ in a playfully human way…. having fun exploring the fullness of who I am and who I’m capable of being. In my view, the human feminine IS the divine feminine. How so?

Beyond our socialized understandings of religion and gender exist some universal truths. One being, that the light of Source exists within all creation… there’s a SPARK of DIVINITY within every human. Indigenous peoples throughout aeons, who never lost their connection to Mother Earth knew this instinctively. The belief that we are separate from God, from love, from belonging are conditioned beliefs… and are responsible for our experiences of suffering. The more we go within and explore the world within us, the closer we get to that connection to whatever you call Creator.

We are all on a heroic human journey, to discover who we are, our purpose and our relationship to the divine and to life. We are more than these human-suits we wear. Our souls are magnificent – connected to us in our HUMAN experience – and – a part of it exists on what we call the other side of the veil. We are multidimensional beings. We are human beings awakening to the remembrance of our divine nature. This is the essence of this brand… exploring the existential, the spiritual, the creative… all the way down to the mundane day to day expressions of our humanity.

In addition, beyond all gender identifications, every human being has both masculine and feminine polarity within them. Whether you’re a woman or a man, whether you identify as any specific gender, whether you’re religious or not, spiritual or not, WE ARE ALL grappling with the same questions of life. What does it take to live in peace, to belong, to find happiness, fulfillment? How do we live at our greatest potential and go beyond surviving? We ALL have some aspect of feminine energy within us… and THAT part of us needs to be acknowledged, nurtured, encouraged, supported, honored, expressed… to come alive and bring balance back to a society whose overly-masculine bent has exhausted us to our CORE and abused our earth.

A balanced life is the healing the world is waiting for. And it starts one person at a time, one heart at a time. 

When we honor our inner feminine… by rightly relating to our emotions, HEALING our trauma, being in loving communion with our BODIES, and opening ourselves to our “other than conscious” knowing – such as our intuition, psychic knowing, instincts, heart knowing, collective consciousness – as well as our sensitivity and connection with the earth and all living creatures, inviting all the glorious attributes of the divine feminine into our lives… we can begin to BALANCE our overly-developed masculine sense of self and social identity of doing and achieving. This isn’t about one being right or better than another; it’s about creating a balanced society. Understanding ourselves in this deeper way opens us up to higher levels of joy, well-being and self mastery.

When we honor the feminine and her spiritual wisdom – within ourselves and others – we heal… because Divine Mother holds all opposites within her womb, without conflict. So many perceptions we have about who our enemies are and why they are the problem… there is a greater perspective beyond POLARITY. We’ve all been conditioned and programmed to relate to God as a masculine figure in the sky, one who’s potentially disappointed with humanity. Without making anyone else wrong, what IF there was a divine feminine aspect of God / Source asking to be remembered, at this moment in history? One whose heart for humanity is an endless ocean of unconditional love, unending compassion and free of judgment, giving us full permission to discover and embody our own divine creative potential?

I bring my very intimate and personal journey with God – through patriarchal lineages, into to the mystical, and deeper yet into the divine feminine Christ consciousness teachings that, in this age are speaking to all who are listening.
